CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION

Students must attend the required course hours, participate in hands-on practice, complete all course requirements, and pay their full tuition balance.

Certificates of completion will not be issued until the student’s tuition has been paid in full—even if the student has completed all three days of class.

Return and Refund Policy

CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS & TRANSFERS

We understand that plans can change. Please contact us as soon as possible if you cannot attend.

• Cancel at least 10 calendar days before the first day of class to receive a full tuition refund.

• No-shows, missed class hours, and early departures are not eligible for refunds. Attendance and completion requirements must still be met before a certificate can be issued.

• Approved payment plans follow the same cancellation policy.

• If Selara Eir cancels the class, you may choose a full refund or transfer your payment to a future class.

NEED A PAYMENT ARRANGEMENT?

A two-payment arrangement may be available for students experiencing financial hardship.

You must speak with Sharita before enrolling, briefly explain your circumstances, and receive approval. If approved, your payment amounts and due dates will be provided in writing.

Payment arrangements are not automatically approved.
