More Than a Class
The Selara Eir Experience is a three-day, hands-on learning journey created for massage professionals who want to expand their skills in cupping therapy and lymphatic drainage.
Day One: Build the Foundation
We begin with the history, benefits, safety guidelines, indications, and contraindications of cupping therapy. You will become familiar with different cups, proper placement, pressure, client communication, and techniques for relieving stress and muscular tension.
Day Two: Advanced Coaching
Day two is an immersive, hands-on coaching experience. First, you will watch each technique demonstrated step by step. Next, you will learn the purpose behind the placement, movement, pressure, and flow. Then, you will do the technique yourself through guided partner practice.
Day Three: Lymphatic Drainage
Day three is dedicated to learning and practicing lymphatic drainage. You will explore the lymphatic system, drainage pathways, proper direction, pressure, rhythm, and sequencing for the face and body.
